BaFin has published an updated list of authorised stock exchanges and organised markets in accordance with Section 193 para 1 sentence 1 no. 2 and 4 of the German Capital Investment Code (Kapitalanlagegesetzbuch - KAGB). This list is relevant for UCITS management companies when acquiring and holding securities on stock exchanges and organised markets outside the European Union and the European Economic Area.

Compared to the previous version of the list, the following change has been made:
Extension of the stock exchanges in non-European countries (China): In addition to the already authorised Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE), Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE) and Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (SEHK), the Stock Connect programme has been included in the list.
