Which categories of personal data do we process?
We collect name and contact details of our contact person as well as their company affiliation and position in the company. In addition, depending on our contractual relationship we process information on the area of responsibility of our contact person, scheduled appointments or data needed for invoicing.
How long do we store the data?
Data on clients, contact persons, interested parties and business partners will be stored at least as long as a business relationship exists or you indicate your interest in our services.
For which purposes do we process data?
We process data in order to draw up offers or provide services as contracted, for invoicing and to inform you about new products and services or send event invitations.
On which legal basis do we process your data?
We collect and store client data exclusively based on contractual or precontractual relationships. (Art. 6(1f) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)).
Who receives the data?
We do not pass data we collected for our own purposes on to third parties.
Is there an obligation for you to provide us with data?
If you do not enter into a contractual relationship with us you are under no obligation to provide us with your data.
Do we use automated decision-making or profiling?
We do not conduct automated decision-making based on your personal data which has any legal effect on you or significantly affects you in a similar way. (Art.22 DSGVO).
Your rights as an affected party
According to chapter III of the DSGVO you have the right to obtain information on personal data we stored relating to you, the right to demand correction of incorrect data, the right to demand the deletion of your data or the restriction of data use, the right to object to the processing of data, the right to data portability and the right to withdraw any previously given consent.
You have the right to complain to the Hessian or any other data protection supervisory authority if you think that our company uses your data in an unlawful or improper way.
